Dean has over eight years experience working in a variety of different businesses in the retail, educational, community and SME markets.
He has worked both ‘hands on’ in businesses and also more lately as a consultant.
Prior to working with One Sherpa he worked in the non profit sector managing significant IT infrastructure and also assisting with community liaison with clients.
Dean has a keen strategic brain and can quickly get to the ‘nitty gritty’ of a situation which makes him very effective in problem solving and finding solutions.
He is also very effective with the ‘big picture’ which assists clients in pursuing their goals and staying ‘on track’ to complete them.
