Client Services Coordinator
Dean is a Client Services Coordinator for One Sherpa Pty Ltd.
Dean plays a key role at One Sherpa enabling clients to practically apply the skills they learn to their individual circumstances by assisting in the preparation of various reports and loading their data into The Financial Fence® system.
He is passionate about helping empower people and organisations to experience the exhilaration of reaching their goals.
Dean has a background in IT coupled with systemisation skills and he enjoys creating environments of efficiency, reliability and growth potential. Dean has been responsible for strategising system architecture and managing the rollout and implementation of new IT systems.
Dean has worked with business owners to systemize the operations side of their businesses, so that they have systems in place, to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency, facilitating their growth strategy and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Dean has lived in London, Australia and New Zealand and has travelled through Europe, North America, and Asia. He enjoys the great outdoors, and anything that gives a adrenalin rush, from snowboarding to mountain biking.
Dean applies his skills with enthusiasm to accomplish a variety of different functions within the company. He places a high focus on service, in the interactions he has with our clients.
