Financial Coaching
One Sherpa has developed its coaching system for business owners and is keen to empower other coaches to take on and use the system.
Many coaches have a specialty such as marketing or strategy and often are unable to give a strategic view of the finances of the business as part of that process.
One Sherpa has developed an intuitive KPI dashboard called The Financial Fence® from which a coach and client can take a high level strategic look at the whole business. The dashboard includes Profit and Loss Account, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet along with a set of KPI’s that are all integrated together.
In our journey we have found that many business owners have difficulty in keeping their books correctly and therefore we provide a service to coaches of ensuring the books are correct, the fences are loaded and all the coach has to do is interpret the numbers on the dashboard.
One Sherpa provides all the necessary training for a coach in the interpretation of the data and this allows coaches to add this important aspect to their coaching.
Behaviour Intervention
One Sherpa works with other coaches and consultants around the people development of a business. This extends to assistance in recruitment, outplacement, team development and succession.
One Sherpa uses a tool called Business DNA in all of these situations and can perform assessments on behalf of other coaches. This often brings objectivity to the process and another viewpoint for the coach.
